Cancellation During the First 30 Days of Service
Sturdy Link offers a “no questions asked” 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting services.   If you are unsatisfied for any reason after using our hosting services, you may receive a full refund for hosting service if you prepaid for hosting and you contact us within 30 days of the time we start your services. 

Cancellation AFTER the First 30 Days of Service
You may cancel hosting account at any time.  There are no cancellation fees.  Sturdy Link will return any prepayment of future hosting services beyond the current calendar month.  Sturdy Link will not return any money for services already rendered before the cancellation notice.  Payment for all services up to the time of cancellation are due and payable.

Domain Name Registration is not Refundable
If you direct us to register or renew a domain name on your behalf, that fee is not refundable because Sturdy Link pays the fee to other agencies on your behalf.  A Domain Name is your property when you purchase it, and it is transferable to any other registrar under ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) rules.

How to Cancel Services
To cancel services at any time, send an email to us or call us toll-free at 888 224-9894.  Include the name of the web site you are canceling.  Cancellation must be done by the owner or designated account administrator.  To prevent fraudulent orders and cancellations, we verify all orders and cancellations by using third party identification services and/or by contacting the person creating or canceling the account.  Notice of cancellation is not considered to be effective until we acknowledge in writing by email or postal mail of your cancellation request.  This is to prevent miscommunication due to failures in delivery of a cancellation notice.

When you purchase Sturdy Link Services, you will be asked to acknowledge our agreement and acceptable use policy which you can review now by clicking here.  The services agreement is the sole binding agreement between the subscriber and Sturdy Link.
