system. Within 2 hours we will create your account on our servers and send you an e-mail containing your unique IP address, user name, and password information.

site to our servers and test the results. If you don't already have a web
site designed and need assistance, we can refer you to a third party
designer or help you with our staff of talented engineers. Web site
design is an extra cost, but we are very competitive with the industry.

You create e-mail accounts on your new web
site. For about 48 hours, you will receive e-mail
from both your existing mail account and the new one on our server. This occurs as Internet servers are being updated across the globe. Some servers update faster than others. Of course, this is
beyond our control and occurs with all web site moves. For this reason, we suggest you provide us with an alternate email address so we can have
another means to contact you.

When your site is tested and you are ready to go public, we
help you move from your existing hosting company if you have one.

Lastly, you cancel the account on your old web site (if you had one), but only after you are sure your new site is running and accessible. This normally
takes under 48 hours from the time InterNIC confirms the change. We recommend waiting about 72 hours to be sure.

How do I get started and sign-up?

How long does it take to establish my account?
Typically, a new account is created in 2 hours (depending on our load) from the time you
send the request. You will then be able to access the site and upload your web files.

How long does it take to register a Domain name?
All ".COM", ".NET", and ".ORG" domain names are registered immediately and take about 2 days for them to complete the process. We do it for you in the same amount of
time for less cost and transfer the domain for you.

What if I already have a registered Domain name?
Your registered "Technical Contact," or "Administrative Contact" will need to visit your registrar
web site and complete the domain transfer form. Although we can help you with the form information, your registrar will only allow you, as registered
representative owners of your site (not us) to complete the transfer request.

Can I change
my hosting plan at a later time?
Yes. Just send us an e-mail to change to a higher or lower plan. Of course, the monthly rate will change to reflect your newly chosen plan.

How do I pay for the service?
You can elect to have automated credit card billing (your choice of monthly.
quarterly, semi-annual, or annual), or pay by company check. All
check payments are made in advance for one year of service. If you cancel
service before the end of the year, unused prepaid money is returned.

register a Domain Name?
For US Domains some other registrars may charge US$60 or more for the first two years, and then $35 per year afterwards.
We will register your domain name for you at a discount.

No fee to cancel. You may cancel at anytime, for any reason. No
questions asked. If you cancel within 30 days of account startup, we
will refund all hosting costs except those that we pay to third-party companies

email through POP3 or via our web-based mail. All accounts come with e-mail alias, forwarder, auto-responder, and mailing list.

How do I manage e-mail accounts once my service is established?
If you prefer, we can set up some e-mail accounts for you to get started. You will have access to a mail administrator account that can
be accessed from any web browser. Thus, you can create, modify, delete, and change passwords on any account at any time, and the changes take effect
immediately. No more waiting hours or days for a remote person to answer your request for system changes.

If you already have e-mail addresses at your domain with another web hosting company, you
do not need to keep the e-mail addresses the same when moving to our servers, but it is a good idea as many of your colleagues, customers, friends, etc
are probably already using those names to contact you. If you want to use different names, we suggest the following examples:

How do I put my web site on the server once my service is established?
Practically all modern web design programs include FTP (File Transfer
Protocol) for this purpose. All you will need is the user name and password which we provide. If you are a user of Microsoft FrontPage, those
extensions can be installed in less than 10 minutes with just a single mouse click in our provided control panel. This is no charge for this process.
Therefore, you can use FrontPage or FTP to upload your site. And yet a third way is to use our File Manger from the control panel.

Where are the servers located?
They are presently in New Jersey. Frankly, even though our headquarters is in
Pleasanton (Silicon Valley) California, we prefer our servers be in an area
of less Internet traffic. For all practical purposes, it really does not matter where in the United States that they are located. Speed or access
are rarely affected due to location.
